Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Nexus Solutions("we", "us") collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We collect as little as we can.

What we collect

When you send us a message through the contact form, we receive:

• your name, email address and phone number
• your company name, if you give it
• the message you write

If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the email.

We also measure how the website is used with Vercel Web Analytics. It records pages viewed, the referring site, and approximate country and device type. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

Why we use it

We use your contact details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage that project. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who processes it for us

• EmailJS delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
• Google Workspace hosts our email.
• Vercel hosts this website and provides the analytics described above.

These providers may store data outside India. They process it only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so we have the context if you get in touch again. If we work together, project records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep business and tax records.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent for us to use it. Email ayushi@nexus-solutions.in and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
